concert for Medical Patient Modesty at Haywood Community College
on August 22, 2015. Business sponsorship is a good opportunity
to market your business / organization and support Medical Patient
Modesty at the same time.

Businesses:
Bronze Sponsor- $200 -Your web site and logo
will be listed under sponsors on our web site. Also, your business’s
name and web site will be listed under sponsors on the program
bulletins we will pass out at the event.
Gold Sponsor- $500 – In addition to the features
of the bronze sponsorship, you will receive an exhibit table
at the event to pass out information about your business. We
will include five tickets to the event.
Silver Sponsor - $1,000 –
In addition to the features of the gold sponsorship, you will
have the ability to give us coupons, business cards, and/or
brochures for your business to be included in the attendee gift
bags given out at the event. We will include a total of ten
tickets to the event.
Platinum Sponsor - $2,000 (limit 4) –
In addition to the features of the silver sponsorship, you will
have the opportunity to give a 5 minute live or video presentation
about your business at the event. We will include ten general
admission tickets and 2 VIP tickets to the event.
Corporate Sponsor - $5,000 (limit 1) –
In addition to the features of the platinum sponsorship, you
will have a full page ad in the program bulletin and a banner
ad for your business on Medical Patient Modesty’s web
site for 1 year. We will include thirty general admission tickets
and 5 VIP tickets to the concert.
Churches:
Basic Church Sponsor - $100
– Your church’s web site will be listed under sponsors
on our web site. Also, your church’s name and web site
will be listed under sponsors on the program bulletins we will
pass out at the event.
Bronze Church Sponsor - $250 – In addition
to the features of the bronze sponsorship, five tickets to the
event will be included.
Gold Church Sponsor - $500 – In addition
to the features of the bronze sponsorship, you will be able
to have an exhibit table at the event to pass information about
your church. Also, you will be given ten tickets to the event.
