Patient Modesty Friendly Doctors

We have provided an online directory of patient modesty friendly doctors who have honored patients' wishes for modesty in a variety of ways including:

1.) Same sex medical team (ex: no female nurses assisting in urological procedures for men)

2.) No Sedation / Local or Regional Anesthesia so patient can be awake for procedure. Patients who are awake are much more likely to have their wishes for modesty honored.

3.) Allowed spouse or another person not employed by the medical facility to be present for surgery

We cannot guarantee that this directory is correct because changes often take place that we may not be aware of. Also, keep in mind that many of the doctors especially urologists may have female nurses who assist with intimate procedures. You will just need to make sure you explain to your doctor and office manager that you will not accept nurses or assistants of the opposite sex for your procedures. It is always wise to also put your wishes in writing.

If you see any outdated information or you would like for us to add a doctor who has honored your wishes for modesty that is not yet in the directory, or fill out the form to submit a doctor who honored your wishes for modesty.
