Fill out the below form and choose your group. We encourage groups to walk together. For participants who cannot walk at the same time as their group, we encourage them to find a time on their schedule to walk.

Individuals who are not part of a group can also walk for MPM by joining the Virtual Walk Group. Choose that group as you fill out the below form.

We will give rewards to to individuals who raise a certain amount.
